Where do you still need additional support?
From JHU, I would love some support via email. When new news is posted on the site or a post is made to a comment I had, an email from JHU would be great. I check email all day long and it is the easiest way to get information to me. From my cohorts, I look forward to open and constant communication. From what I have noticed so far, this will not be a problem :)

ReplyDeleteI know what you mean about wanting to get an email about news and posts. Unfortunately, one limitation of the ELC, is that it just doesn't have that feature. Yet. It's coming, but not for awhile. We try to encourage students to get into the habit of logging into the ELC daily. It takes some getting used to. One tip to look for when you do log is in the "new" icon next to any new content that's been posted since your last login. You can also look at the New Content posted directly (lower left part of ELC).
Word of caution about this...if you log off before reading all "new" content, the next time you login, it will no longer be new.
Again, it may take some getting used to, but the you'll get the hang of it!
